Flames inside a fully-engulfed Westport Presbyterian Church at 201 Westport Road kept Kansas City, Mo. firefighters outside the 107-year-old structure as firefighters tried to contain the blaze with aerial ladders on December 29, 2011. Kansas City fire investigators placed the fire's cause on faulty installation of an air conditioner unit.  Fire officials set damages at $3 to $4 million.
