Moffett in Joplin, Mo. that Baker was buying on a contract-for-deed but has no insurance or proof of ownership and is in a dispute with her landlord over repairs, including the tarp-covered roof. Her landlord is also her adopted father and the tornado issues have strained their tenuous relationship.
